Scott leads Morrison & Foerster’s private placement practice and is based in London. He has specialized expertise in representing issuers who wish to make private placements of debt securities to institutional investors. The MoFo private placement team was honored to be named Best Law Firm for International U.S. Private Placements at GlobalCapital’s Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Debt Awards. Scott received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from Stanford Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude with Honors, from Brigham Young University.
