Tim Hayter has been Group Treasurer of Bunzl plc since 1996. He has responsibility for all Treasury issues group wide as well as insurance. Prior to Bunzl he had several other Treasury roles following qualification as a Chartered Accountant with EY.
Bunzl has both public bonds and USPPs outstanding – nine USPPs have been issued since 2001.
