Cynthia is an Accredited real estate professional with more than 18 years of experience and specializes in the appraisal of large complex plant, machinery, equipment, special purpose, and industrial real estate. Cynthia brings a solid analytical background in economic analysis, cost modelling and functional obsolescence to deliver thorough, accurate and dependable appraisals. Cynthia is responsible for valuation services in Quebec, national mandates for some of Colliers’ largest clients, and is a key member of Colliers’ National Machinery, Equipment, and Technical Specialty Appraisal team.
