Ms. Karine Dionne practices mainly in the fi elds of real estate, civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution as well as in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring. She advices and represents individuals, businesses and real estate corporations, municipal entities and school boards in various matters including litigation. She is also involved in condominium cases, municipal taxation and expropriation cases. She represents financial institutions with regards to the enforcement of their hypothecary rights and the safeguard of their security interests or in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Ms. Dionne has been a conference speaker and is the author of various articles, mainly concerning real estate law.
