As Pure Industrial’s Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate Operations, Peter McFarlane leads the investment, development, asset management, and leasing teams. He focuses on enhancing value for investors, mentoring team members, streamlining processes and technology, and delivering best-in-class services to customers. Peter joined Pure Industrial in 2024 and has over 15 years of experience in Canadian real estate. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Head of Investment Operations at Fiera Real Estate, managing the firm’s operations, execution, and value creation across the Canadian platform. He also served as Vice President at Lasalle Investment Management. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environment from McGill University.
