Andrew is the Managing Director of Integral Strategic Real Estate, where he brings more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian real estate market to deliver value-added solutions and results. He leads a boutique firm specializing in real estate investment, asset and portfolio management, and strategic advisory services.

Andrew partners with high-net-worth families, institutional investors, developers, and not-for-profit organizations across a broad range of asset classes, including residential (market and affordable rental, condominium, and seniors housing), office, industrial, retail, recreational, and agricultural assets.

Previously, Andrew served as Chief Investment Officer of an $8 billion Canadian pension fund–owned real estate development and investment company, and as Managing Director of a $3 billion Canadian real estate income fund.
