Benjamin Chua leads the national real estate financing business in Ontario and Western Canada for the Desjardins Group, Canada’s largest financial cooperative. The national real estate team provides clients and members across Canada with access to commercial mortgages, bridge loans, development and construction financing for income producing and for sale properties in the residential, industrial, retail, hospitality and office segments. Benjamin joined Desjardins in 2016 and has 15 years of experience in financing real estate transactions across Canada. Prior to joining Desjardins, Benjamin worked at Canadian and international financial institutions in roles ranging from business development, risk management and syndications in the commercial and corporate banking client segments.
