Francisca is the Founder and President of Quinn+Partners. For more than 20 years she has worked with leading companies and investors on climate change and sustainability strategies. Francisca advises the largest North American institutional real estate-focused LPs, GPs and REITs on strategies to integrate sustainability risks and opportunities in the investment processes, operations, risk management and reporting. The team at Quinn+Partners collectively works with real estate investors representing more than CAD 700 bn in assets under management and has annual mandates with many well-known Canadian and U.S.-based entities.
In 2014 and 2018, Francisca was recognized as a Clean50 honouree for her contributions to clean capitalism in Canada. She is also a 2023 finalist for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. Since 2021, Francisca is a board director and chair of the ESG committee at TSX-listed Canada Nickel Company, a mining company which aspires to have net zero carbon emissions from its Ontario-located nickel mine and production site. She also dabbles in commercial real estate development through the adaptive reuse, net-zero retrofit at 29-31 Prince Arthur Avenue in Toronto.
