Jeff Killip currently holds the role of Head, Commercial Mortgage Group at The Toronto-Dominion Bank ("TD"). In this role, Jeff has oversight and responsibility for TD's Canadian term real estate lending business, including business development, credit management, and funding & administration. TD's commercial mortgage portfolio encompasses all income-producing real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, self-storage, hotels, multi-unit residential (both conventional and CMHC-insured), etc. Jeff also has responsibility for TD's real estate high yield lending business across Canada. With a proven ability to execute, and a depth of experience in structuring complex real estate financings, Jeff is a trusted advisor to some of the largest and most sophisticated Canadian commercial real estate owners.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is a CFA Charterholder. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Alzheimer Society of Peel.
