Jessica Harland acts as the Senior Vice President, Debt & Structured Finance based out of CBRE’s Calgary office. Prior to joining CBRE Jessica held the positions of Managing Director at a boutique mortgage brokerage and Vice President at a national lender.

Jessica specializes in CMHC-insured financing for multi-unit rentals. Her expertise in guiding clients through the multitude of CMHC programs was developed during her nine years employed at CMHC, with her most recent role being Manager, Client Relations, Multi-Unit Underwriting for the Prairies Region ending in 2018. Since leaving CMHC, she has financed well over $1.3 billion in CMHC insured loans and conventional loans across the country. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Debt & Structured Finance team with over 20 years working in the banking and finance industry coupled with her in depth CMHC expertise.
