Jon Ramscar is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Limited in Canada. He has broad responsibility and authority across the entire Canadian organization for service line excellence, operating efficiencies and is focused on CBRE’s client services and overall market leadership.

Mr. Ramscar began his real estate career in the UK where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and gained agency experience in office leasing, corporate finance and client-side experience in funds management. Since his move to Canada in January 2011, Mr. Ramscar has provided both advisory and transactional services for local, national and global clients. He has been part of over $4.9 billion of transactions in the Canadian market.

He initially joined CBRE’s National Investment team in Vancouver before serving as Executive Vice President & Managing Director in Downtown Toronto, as well as National Managing Director leading the Canadian Private Capital Group and Debt & Structured Finance businesses. Mr. Ramscar is highly regarded as a client-facing leader who represents the next generation and innovation of commercial real estate services.
