Profile

Kate joined BMO Global Asset Management’s Global Equity team in 2022. Kate is responsible for the BMO Global REIT Fund and ETF (BGRT) as well as managing real estate allocations across diversified mandates. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Kate served as Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Global Real Estate at CI Global Asset Management. Kate was recognized as a Canadian TopGun Investment Mind by Brendan Wood International in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, achieving Platinum Class in 2023. Kate has more than 15 years of investment industry experience specializing in real estate securities. Kate holds a Master of Finance from Queen’s University Smith School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
