Nancy is the VP, Financial Reporting and CFO at REALPAC. As part of the senior management team, Nancy is responsible for all REALPAC financial and reporting matters, as well as developing financial and reporting best practices for the industry. She works with the Real Estate Equity Securitization Alliance (REESA), a global coalition of real estate associations, in advocacy efforts with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). From 2017 - 2024, she served on the Accounting Standards Board of Canada (AcSB) which serves the public interest by establishing standards for financial reporting by Canadian entities and influencing the development of international standards. She was also Chair of the User Advisory Committee for the AcSB. Starting in 2024, she now serves on the IFRS Discussion Group – a committee of the AcSB. She previously worked with PWC in the audit practice and CPA Ontario teaching at the School of Accountancy.
