Nick joined Woodbourne in 2021 where he is President and provides leadership across all the firm’s activities. Woodbourne is a real estate investment management firm focused on residential rental and alternative real estate sectors across Canada. Prior to Woodbourne, Nick was the Co-Head of Global Real Estate (Acting) and Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), a major Canadian pension plan with over $100 billion in net assets and a global real estate portfolio of over $16 billion. Prior to HOOPP, Nick worked at Brookfield Financial within Brookfield Asset Management and Avison Young. Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors for Toronto Community Housing Corporation and is a past Chair and longtime director of Community Living Toronto. Nick received an MBA (Bregman Scholar) from the University of Toronto and a BA (Honours) from Queen’s University.
