Nick Pantieras has experienced more than three decades of success in the commercial real estate industry. He is known for his expertise in the underwriting, negotiation and execution of complex transactions serving institutional, corporate and private equity investors and developers. Prior to joining Institutional Property Advisors, Nick co-founded and scaled one of Canada’s premier real estate advisory groups, Primecorp Commercial Realty. In 2018, Marcus and Millichap acquired Primecorp. Nick is a graduate of the Queen’s University Executive MBA Program and holds the professional designation of Chartered Professional Accountant. Nick is deeply engaged in the community, contributing to local initiatives and philanthropic endeavors while serving on several foundation and not-for-profit boards.
