Noah is responsible for investment activities at Hullmark and is a member of its executive team. Key responsibilities include oversight over acquisition/disposition activities, mortgage lending, investor relationships as well as strategic direction and platform growth. Hullmark is a privately held corporation with a primary focus investing in urban Toronto - it owns and manages over $1.5 billion in real assets while advancing a development pipeline in excess of four million square feet. Our goal is to create long term value for our stakeholders and partners while initiating long term positive change in the communities where we develop, own and operate.
Prior to joining Hullmark, Noah was a Senior Vice President, Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield ULC. From 2007 until 2019, he held various positions at C&W, during which time Noah was the lead in transactions of commercial property in excess of $1.45 Billion, acting on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies, insurance entities, REIT’s and government agencies, being recognized as a ‘top 10’ producer nationally.
Noah is involved in several industry, community and charitable initiatives – he is Vice Chair of the board of directors for Options for Homes (“OFH”) and Home Ownership Alternatives (“HOA”), both not-for-profit agencies providing attainable housing in Toronto. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). He has been an active committee member of ‘Hold’em for Life’ for over 10 years, a charitable event which has raised in excess of $50M for cancer research in addition to a number of other industry and community causes.
