Rishi Bajaj is a senior professional on the Fengate Real Estate leadership team and oversees all reporting, financial planning and analysis, valuations, debt, treasury and other finance related activities. As the group’s finance lead, Rishi works directly with the investment, development, asset management and legal teams on real estate projects across various asset classes.

Prior to managing Fengate Real Estate’s finance team, Rishi spent five years at Mattamy Homes as Vice President of Finance, where he led organizational realignments, ERP implementations and change management across multiple divisions, and was responsible for the finance function for the largest division, operating across Southern Ontario. Before his work at Mattamy, Rishi spent several years working in multiple industries in both the public and private markets.

Rishi is a Chartered Accountant (CA), member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
