His extensive experience managing portfolios for IFRS valuation, refinancing, corporate reorganization, and acquisition/disposition has provided him with exceptional insight into the reporting standards and requirements demanded by institutional clients.

As Chair of Colliers International Realty Advisors' Institutional Property Group, Rob has spearheaded the development of national best practices for reporting and underwriting. These initiatives ensure market-leading quality and consistent delivery across the country. In addition, Rob is at the forefront of advancing Colliers' technology suite for institutional asset appraisal, focusing on innovative tools such as variance analysis, value attribution analysis, benchmarking, and user experience optimization.
