Tsering Yangki is Executive Vice President of Real Estate Finance and Development for Dream Unlimited Corp., a fully integrated real estate development & asset management company. As of Q3 2024, Dream had CAD 27 billion of assets under management, across diverse real estate asset classes & geography.

Tsering has over 21 years of experience in real estate development, finance & strategic private-public-not for profit partnerships. She holds a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy, with a focus on International Finance & Economics from Fletcher School, Tufts University, USA, and MPhil in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.

In 2023 she was recognized as Canada’s Most Powerful Women, Top 100 award winner, 2022 she won Globe & Mail’s Report on Business’s Best Executive award, and in 2021 was recognized as WLI Champion, Toronto.
