I was contacted by a person or company offering to sell me the RLC attendee list. What should I do? Is that email real?
Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC) and Informa do not share attendee contact information with third parties, so our registration lists cannot be purchased. As such, beware of any company that promises to sell you an attendee list. Please forward any unfamiliar or suspicious communication to fsevents@informa.com to verify the source.
I was contacted by a housing provider that offered to assist with making my RLC hotel reservation. What should I do?
Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC) and Informa do not utilize the services of any housing agent or third party to solicit booking rooms for attendees. Additionally, the JW Marriott Desert Ridge will never reach out to attendees to book rooms for the event. Please only make your hotel reservations using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Be vigilant if approached by any company representing themselves as the housing provider for Restaurant Leadership Conference since entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
We have been made aware that the following companies have reached out to attendees: Convention Housing Planners Corp, Expo Housing Services and Exhibitors Housing Management. Please let us know if any of these or another company reaches out to you.
What time is check-in and check-out at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge?
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

How do I register for the conference events?
General sessions, meals and receptions do not require pre-registration. Details on selecting the innovation forums that you would like to attend will be provided four weeks prior to the conference.
The Monday morning special events are available to operators, sponsors and speakers and require pre-registration. Information on how to sign up for these events will be emailed seven weeks prior to the conference.

Where do I pick up my RLC badge?
The registration desk is located in the Grand Canyon Foyer.
What do I need to pick up my RLC badge?
An attendee specific QR code will be provided in the Know Before You Go email. You can scan this to print your badge. If you can't check in via QR code, a valid photo ID will be needed to get your badge.
Can I pick up my colleagues RLC badge when I get mine?
No, you will only be able to pick up your own RLC badge. All attendees must pick up their own RLC badge.
Is there wireless internet in the meeting space?
Complimentary wireless internet will be provided throughout the meeting space. Login details will be provided at the conference registration desk.
What is the conference attire?
The conference attire is business casual.
