Start networking before the event

We’ll open up the digital platform before the event, so you can create a profile and start getting to know your fellow attendees. 

You can even pre-arrange meetings with like-minded individuals to make sure that your networking starts on the right foot.

Find relevant contacts

Once you've set up your profile, you'll be able to browse the attendee directory to see who else is attending, and start reaching out to them.

If you see someone you’d like to meet, you reach out to them through the platform to make contact or schedule a meeting. 

You can then arrange a time that's convenient for both of you to meet.

Convenient networking on your own terms

The networking part of the digital platform will enable you to arrange meetings before, during and after the event - whether you're attending in person or online.

When a meeting is agreed upon, the platform will provide a link to connect face-to-face if you plan to meet digitally. Or if you're joining us in Barcelona, we've got a dedicated meeting zone where you can meet fellow attendees either in person, or via the online platform.

Making it easy to have the conversations you want, with the people you want. Wherever you are, and whenever works best for you.

Follow up after the event

After the event, follow up with your new connections. If there's anyone you weren’t able to meet on site, you can still use the platform to connect with them. 

You'll also receive contact information for every presenting company, making it easy to connect with the innovators who caught your eye. 

So you're able to go back to the office and show your boss a summary of who you met and what you spoke about.
