Ajay is a Director in the Banking and Capital Markets Risk Advisory practice of PwC in the UK. He has advised several global banks over the last 18 years on a wide range of Risk, Finance and Treasury topics covering prudential compliance; internal risk, capital and performance management; and risk functional change and transformation.

Ajay has also recently helped a number of leading banks to shape their Risk transformation agendas and articulate strategic roadmaps for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their Risk functions. This includes two detailed industry benchmarking exercises.

Prior to joining PwC, Ajay designed and developed a leading GRC tool for Basel II compliance which was implemented by several Tier 1 banks for complying with Basel II risk assessment and reporting.
