Alok leads the Banking Data and Analytics practice at EXL in EMEA. He is a seasoned professional in data and analytics consulting, focusing on credit risk, regulatory compliance and risk transformation across UK, Europe and Americas.

With deep domain experience and understanding of risk and regulatory lifecycles across multiple jurisdictions, Alok has helped a number of large banks achieve regulatory compliance across Basel 3, IFRS9 and BCBS239. Over the last 12 months, he has been supporting various large clients in legacy tech modernisation leveraging AI accelerators.

He is a regular participant & speaker at industry forums with a keen interest in discussing how AI can be leveraged responsibly to improve customer experience without impacting risk management.
