Alyson is Head of Stress Testing and Reporting for Lloyds Banking Group, where she is responsible for overseeing the Group’s execution of both regulatory and internal stress tests. Stress testing is a key risk management tool used to support risk identification, risk appetite, strategic and capital planning and risk mitigation. Alyson delivers complex regulatory and highly controlled processes, enhanced by strong review and challenge processes and focussed on providing insight.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Alyson is a seasoned financial services leader with extensive expertise across both Risk and Finance functions. Before joining Lloyds Banking Group, she held positions at Bank of America and MBNA.

Alyson is based in the North West of England where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
