Andy leads the strategic direction for SS&C Algorithmics’ suite of financial risk technology solutions, heading both the Product and Research functions. Andy rejoined Algorithmics in 2022 after 3 years spent in the WealthTech sector, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer at d1g1t Inc.

Prior to that, he was a Partner and Senior Vice President at IHS Markit, heading their Financial Risk Analytics group. In his previous stint at Algorithmics, Andy held several executive level roles across Financial Engineering, Product, and Professional Services. During this time, he launched Algorithmics’ BuySide business line including its first Managed Service solutions.

Andy has published numerous articles on portfolio and risk analytics and speaks extensively at industry conferences worldwide. He teaches in Master’s level Quantitative Finance programs at McMaster University, York University and the University of Connecticut. Andy holds a PhD. in Finance from the Schulich school of business and an MBA from Queen’s University.
