Profile

Andrew specialises in advisory and delivery of transformational risk, control and compliance projects, with a focus on risk tech, data and AI. Andrew has over 20 years' experience in risk and control transformation engagements including the delivery of innovative digital and automation platforms across both financial and non-financial risk, including recent delivery of GRC, AI and cloud platforms.
Andrew has extensive experience in driving strategic change, building new platforms, managing & delivering agile projects in Credit Risk, Operational Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk and Compliance. He specialises in Strategy & Future Operating Models, Cost Out, Tech & Data adoption and is leading AI adoption and AI governance projects, working with CRO’s, Risk COO’s, Chief Controls Officers, Risk CIO’s and Risk CDO’s across key financial services clients
Andrew is also Deloitte’s UK FS Lead for GRC Controls Advisory including ServiceNow, MetricStream, Archer implementations, and is also a leader of Deloitte’s Future of Risk initiative for FS clients and is a host of the Deloitte CRO Club.
