Andrew is an accomplished, commercially focused interim Chief Risk Officer with a highly successful career spanning banking, wealth management, insurance, payments, asset management, healthcare, digital financial services and Partner-level management consulting (including KPMG). A proven interim CRO in 10 regulated firms, with extensive experience of working in high pressure environments to stabilise organisations, rebuild risk functions, resolve regulatory issues and restore confidence with Boards and regulators.

As a commercially focused CRO, Andrew brings a rare blend of traditional FS risk expertise, cybersecurity and digital risk leadership, and AI enabled risk transformation. He operates with clarity, composure and strategic focus. Equally effective in turnaround situations and business as usual environments where risk functions require strengthening, modernisation, or cultural reset.

Andrew is an Oxford MBA graduate, a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute, and holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and the International Compliance Association. A strong believer in lifelong learning, he has recently completed specialist programmes on AI and Cybersecurity at MIT and Said Business School, Oxford University.
