Climate Risk & Net Zero Thought Leader at TCS and formerly HSBC

Andy has over 25 years’ experience in Risk in the financial services sector with 20 years’ experience operating at C-suite and Board level.

Now with TCS, leading their Global Climate & Nature Risk CRO practice, following a Sustainable Leadership course in 2016, he pivoted his career to Climate Risk and led HSBC Climate Risk function, establishing its Group wide capability across all areas. Andy also led the Risk Management Working Group of CFRF in publication of Climate Risk global best practice.

Prior to this Andy had leading HSBC roles in Wealth Risk and Conduct Risk, worked as lead supervisor at FSA for a FTSE 100 Insurer, was CRO for an insurance company and Global Head of Risk for an Investment Bank.

He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and holds a Mathematics and Law degree from Cambridge University.
