Anh Tran joined Allianz in July 2000. During her tenure at the company, she was responsible for a variety of global leadership positions, both at Allianz SE, the ultimate parent company of the Allianz Group, and at various Operating Entities within the Allianz Group.

Anh was head of the Group Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Risk & Controls functions within Allianz SE, and was CFO of Allianz Partners, in addition to being a member of the Board of Management of Allianz Life of North America. In September 2022, she assumed responsibility for the Compliance and Risk teams of Allianz Asset Management GmbH, the holding company of the independent global asset management companies of the Allianz Group, PIMCO and Allianz Global Investors. Anh is also a member of the Board of Directors of Allianz of America and a member of the Board of Management of an SE joint-venture, strategic investment management company headquartered in China.

Anh has a wide range of experience in the insurance and asset management industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in compliance, risk, and internal audit.

Anh graduated with both Undergraduate and Graduate Degrees from the University of California at Irvine. She also holds various internal controls certifications as granted by the Institute of Internal Audit.
