Anke is McKinsey’s Australia/New Zealand lead for the Risk & Resilience Practice, as well as the Asia Corporate & Institutional Banking Practice and Commodities Trading & Risk Service Line. She advises financial institutions and corporates across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia/New Zealand on a variety of risk management topics. She has worked extensively on non-financial risk, 3 Lines of Defence, resilience, data and technology risk, business and risk transformation, and risk operating model.

Anke has more than fifteen years of consulting experience in advising clients on risk. In that time, she has helped clients transform their risk-management functions, led several multi-year bank-wide risk & culture transformations to set them up for the future, and introduced AI risk management capabilities.
