Aurore has primary responsibility for risk, compliance, legal and the Company Secretariat for the UK business.

She joined Ageas in September 2024 directly from Direct Line Group where she held the role of Group Chief Risk Officer. overseeing Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Data Privacy. Aurore has extensive experience as a leader in financial services, having held senior roles across business change, capital management and risk at organisations such as Aviva, Prudential, and Old Mutual.

Aurore is also the Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee at ORIC International, an operational risk consortium, and a Trustee of Shark Guardian, a UK charity promoting education on maritime conservation and sharks worldwide.
