Bal is a Partner within PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets Practice specialising in leading Compliance Transformation and Regulatory Change for Financial Services Clients. Bal has a wide range of experience, delivering transformation across the 1st and 2nd lines of defence, helping his clients to achieve better Compliance outcomes. He has led several high profile, global programmes and has experience of covering requirements for UK, European, US and Asian regulators. Bal also co-leads the PwC UK's managed service (Compliance as a service) offering.
