Bernhard Gehra leads Boston Consulting Group's North America Risk & Compliance practice. Previously, he led the firm's global compliance and non-financial risk teams across all industries. He is part of BCG's global leadership team.

Bernhard has more than 20 years of experience in regulation, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) compliance, operational risk, and financial and non-financial risk. He has worked with many multinational companies around the world on issues related to governance, digitization, risk management, and compliance, and is the author of several books and articles about risk, regulation, compliance and non-financial risk management.
