Charles Richard is a Co-Founder and Director of Global Business Development at Quantitative Risk Management, Inc. (QRM). For more than three decades, he has advised financial institutions worldwide on enterprise risk management, balance sheet strategy, asset-liability management, and mortgage banking secondary marketing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Richard has worked with senior executives at banks, mortgage institutions, insurers, and other financial services organizations on decisions affecting earnings, liquidity, funding, capital, risk, and long-term strategic flexibility. He has consulted with thousands of institutions globally and helped QRM build an international client base with more than 300 long-term engagements.
Mr. Richard is a published author, active LinkedIn thought leader, and a frequent speaker and moderator at leading industry conferences. He regularly brings together senior executives, practitioners, and subject-matter experts for candid discussions on the market, regulatory, and strategic issues shaping financial institutions.
