Chris Heys is a Partner at PwC UK, where he works with FS clients to turn AI ambition into practical, trusted transformation. He brings together AI strategy, governance and delivery to help organisations move confidently from experimentation to safe, enterprise-wide AI adoption.

His recent work spans advising boards and executive teams on AI strategy and transformation; designing practical AI governance and risk frameworks that enable innovation at scale; and helping organisations build AI Control Towers, creating reusable technical controls and guardrails that embed trust directly into the development and deployment of AI systems.

Chris also works at the frontier of AI evaluation and testing, developing new approaches to test, assure and continuously monitor increasingly advanced AI systems.
