Coen ter Wal is Head of Technology and Operations at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME), which represents the wholesale financial markets in Europe. Coen leads AFME’s technology and operations work, including work on the scaling of DLT-based capital markets. Prior to joining AFME, Coen worked in consulting and as a FinTech policy lead at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).
