Constance is Managing Director in the Capital and Risk management team at AFME (EU trade association representing the leading global and European banks and other significant capital market players). Constance works across a number of areas which include the EU competitiveness agenda, Basel III implementation, credit risk and Pillar 2. Constance joined AFME in 2018 from HSBC, prior to that, Constance worked as a Policy Expert at the EBA and an advisor in the European Parliament.
