Daniel is Head of Aon’s EMEA Financial Institutions Industry Vertical. He is also an Enterprise Client Leader.

He is based in London where he leads Aon’s financial institutions industry initiative across risk, retirement, health, human capital and wealth.

He has over 25 years of experience working in various leadership roles focusing on Financial Institutions. These have spanned broking both on the direct and reinsurance solutions side where he led the industry efforts in driving innovation around operational risk and new risk transfer structures.

More recently he led Aon’s Financial Institutions Risk Advisory practice across EMEA where he rolled out Aon’s value proposition in Operational Resilience, Insurance Optimisation and Climate modelling.

He is a regular speaker at risk conferences and contributor to industry white papers recently publishing on key topics such as Operational Resilience and Digitalisation / Impact of Covid 19 on Non Financial Risks / Culture and Conduct.
