Dilip is a Partner in Deloitte who leads the UK Treasury practice based in London. Prior to joining Deloitte, Dilip worked with another Big 4 Consulting firm.

Dilip has over 20 years of experience in consulting, focused on Treasury across Basel regulations, Treasury Management, Liquidity, ALM including IRRBB, FTP and Stress testing.

He primarily supports global & regional banks, insurance and investment firms across various components of operating models including governance, policy & framework, regulatory interpretations, process & controls and data & systems.

The UK Treasury team covers all aspects of Treasury advisory support, including:

• Perform regulatory reviews on behalf of the regulator for regulatory reporting (skilled person/ s166)
• Review and remediation of gaps both as part of internal self assessments and pre and post regulatory reviews
• Review of Reg interpretations, documentation of business requirements, systems logic and transaction testing
• Review and development of Treasury operating models
• Treasury integration opportunities in M&A
• Treasury system and process implementation
• ALM areas covering IRRBB, FX and FTP
• Treasury transformation and optimisation
