Dominic Tillyard is a Director in Aon’s Climate Risk Advisory team based in London. Dom supports clients across the globe assess and manage the impacts of climate change and allocate more capital to sustainable finance through the use of risk transfer solutions, with specific focus on carbon markets, energy transition technologies and regenerative agriculture.

Prior to joining Aon, Dom worked for various insurance companies including Fidelis where he was Head of the Marine, Aerospace and Bespoke underwriting teams, and Swiss Re, where he focused on political risk insurance. Dom holds an honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Manchester and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
