Duncan Laugher is the Global Head of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Chief Risk Officer for Asset Management at Deutsche Bank, based in London. In this capacity, Duncan is responsible for second-line oversight all operational risks, with an emphasis on strengthening resilience and safeguarding the reputation of the Group. Duncan has been at Deutsche Bank since 2011 and has over 25 years of experience in risk management in financial services. His tenure includes leadership roles in various roles across Credit Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management as well as COO of the Chief Risk Office. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he has held various roles at PwC and started his career at Santander (Abbey National). Duncan holds an MSc in Operational Research.
