Efe Cummings is Global Head of Operational Risk reporting to Global CRO. He joined Nomura in 2008 in London working for Risk Management and moved to Hong Kong in 2015. Efe has worked primarily in Operational Risk Management and New Business during his time at Nomura. He was appointed Global Head of ORM in 2019. Prior to Nomura, Efe worked in Deloitte and US Export-Import Bank. He holds a BA from Cornell University and an MPA from the London School of Economics. Efe is originally from Turkey and enjoys yoga, basketball, Muay Thai, reading, travelling, and spending time with his family.
