Previously Elina has held a CRO role in another bank, as well as multiple leader positions in the areas of Credit Risk, AML Risk and Model Risk and Validation in other Nordic banks. Her experience in banking is coupled with senior roles in a multilateral bank, private equity and business consulting. During her career, Elina has also held a position of a Head of Division in the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and participated the working groups for European regulatory guidelines. She holds a degree of a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Aalto University.
