Profile
Frank Tsiribis is the Head of Operational Non-Financial Risk. He was appointed to the role in October 2021 and appointed to the Risk Executive Committee in 2023.
Frank holds enterprise accountability for leading the development and execution of the second line of defense over operational risk. This includes providing effective challenge and oversight of risks that align to our Operational Risk Management Framework.
Frank first joined BMO in 2001 in Corporate Finance, and has since held increasingly senior positions in finance, technology, strategy and risk management.
Prior to joining the Bank, Frank was at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he was their Global Industry Assessment Leader for Operational Risk Management.
Frank studied at the University of Toronto, Harvard Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and INSEAD. He is a Canadian Chartered Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Accountant. Frank is an active member of various global advisory and public policy groups in the areas of risk management, emerging technologies, and talent management.
