Profile

Frieder was Chief Risk Officer of SCOR for almost 10 years, and served as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the CRO Forum. Subsequently, he was CEO Life & Health, responsible for SCOR’s worldwide Life and Health reinsurance business. In 2025, he joined BCG as a Senior Advisor, supporting insurance and reinsurance clients on a range of projects including business strategy, operating models and AI Transformation, with a focus on Risk Management, Finance and business processes. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of TransRe Europe SE, a regular speaker at conferences, and an academic lecturer.
