Gemma Clatworthy is Group Head of Enterprise Risk at Monzo, responsible for enterprise risk management frameworks and strategic risk management across the Group.

Prior to joining Monzo, Gemma has over a decade of experience in a number of roles across risk and finance in the financial services sector. She holds an MBA from Henley Business School, is a qualified accountant, a certificant member of the Institute of Risk Management, and enjoys making risk simple to understand.

Next to her job, she writes urban and cozy fantasy novels in her spare time.
