Georgina is an accomplished Technology and Risk executive with a proven track record of leading strategic transformation and operational excellence across global, regulated environments. Since joining JPMC in 2019 as an Executive Director, she has played a pivotal role in aligning technology delivery with business objectives and strengthening JPMC’s risk posture across Lines of Business and Legal Entities.

With deep expertise in First Line of Defence (1LoD) Technology, Georgina has led cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs that enhance operational resilience and enable business growth. Her collaborative approach ensures technology solutions are closely integrated with business needs, resulting in improved efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Transitioning to the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) in 2022, Georgina leads oversight and assurance for Outsourcing and Resiliency risk, developing and implementing risk frameworks that address third-party dependencies, regulatory compliance, and service continuity. She regularly provides risk insights and independent challenge to senior leadership, supporting effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
