Gerardo Di Filippo holds an Executive Master in Corporate Finance and Banking from Bocconi University in Milan and a degree of Applied Mathematics from University of Pavia.

Gerardo has 10 years of experience in the Generali Group in the Risk Management department, where he acts as Operating Officer of Risk Management, with the responsibility of processes, IT and operations, the regulatory relationship with Group supervisor and the coordination of the Internal Model Validation Unit.

Gerardo gained 24 years of experience in insurance’s industry. Prior to Generali, he served as Client Executive and Lead Financial Engineer for IBM / Algoritmics and previously was a Manager in Oliver Wyman for the Insurance practice.
