Gianluca Cantalupi is Firmwide Risk Executive (FRE) and Head of the Climate, Nature, and Social Risk at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He is responsible for setting the firmwide risk management frameworks and strategies, designing application of risk scenarios, developing and advancing risk policy and standards, and building a unified approach for firmwide and legal entity implementation and execution.

Gianluca joined the Climate Risk team at JPMC in 2023. Prior to his employment at JPMC, Gianluca was the Global Head of Sustainability and Climate Risk at Credit Suisse, where he helped establish the company as an early leader and respected voice in this space. During his time at Credit Suisse, he also served in other risk management leadership roles, including Head of the Enterprise Risk function for International Wealth Management, UK Investment Banking Credit Portfolio Management, and Counterparty Credit Risk and Regulatory Analysis.
