The golden thread has been her fascination with what makes us tick. Her research into human behaviour began at age six, when that fascination was sparked as a very young actress. That curiosity led to studies in the fields of psychology, neuroscience and philosophy.

And, like most actresses she made the natural segue into… financial services! There, over the course of 15 years, she rather unexpectedly thrived among the numbers and charts, navigating the global financial crisis and leading engaged teams. The fascination with what makes us tick had taken a strange turn!

Now, as the visionary Founder and CEO of High Definition You, she and her team are reshaping the way leaders and team think, feel and behave at institutions like Wise, Allianz, and AIG with their unconventional Possiblist™ coaching and leadership programs.

When she's not busy challenging the C-Suite to think differently or conducting research for her upcoming book, she can be found engaged in high-stakes negotiation with her two pint-sized humans for the last scoop of ice cream!
